Experience the very best in entertainment as you listen to sounds of Country, Blues, Pop and R & B.  Smell the aroma of award winning BBQ from the nation’s top pit masters and sip on the  area's most prized craft beer as brew and que teams compete for thousands of dollars in cash, prizes and more importantly, bragging rights.

The region's top grillers compete in this jaw droppin’, smoke out, sanctioned by the prestigious Kansas City Barbecue Society. The cook off features competitions in four mouth-watering categories: Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs, Chicken and Pork.  Meet the celebrities and BBQ teams from the popular television show, BBQ Pit Masters and learn more about the age old craft of brewing beer.  The most respected micro brewers in Southern California offer a profile of IPA, Lagers, Ales... and more.

One team also will be named champion of the event and as a festival goer, you can cast your vote toward the People’s Choice award --for both BBQ and Brew.
<p>Want to become a certified BBQ Judge? The festival will host one of California’s rare Kansas City BBQ Society’s certified judge’s classes. Seats are very limited.  Demonstrations on understanding and brewing craft beers and a Brew 101 class complete a weekend dedicated that America's favorite passions.
