GateWay Community College - Continuing Education Description
Gateway Community College - Deer Valley Campus - Massage Continuing Education 2931 West Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85053 in the SW corner of 29th Ave and Bell R Hip Expansion Workshop - 6 hours - 10AM - 4:30PM (half-hour for lunch) Possibly the most important area of the body to massage, the least understood, and least massaged are the hips. Massage Therapists love it, clients want it, and nobody is doing it. Come learn in this mostly hands-on course how to release the hip flexors, extensors, lateral hip rotators, and Iliopsoas. Hydraulic tables and oils are provided. Please bring your own sheets, face cradle cover, and towel. We have refrigerators available if you want to bring lunches or snacks. CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 24-HOURS OF CLASS START TIME AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR UNUSED TICKETS REGARDLESS OF THE REASON. You can, however, give your ticket to another Massage Therapist. (A $4 fee will be assessed for any refunds outside of the 24-hour period.)
