Description

The GreenCityBlueLake Institute is the sustainability center of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. Join Mark Lefkowitz as he shares the key to sustainability- the development of ecological cities where people can live healthy lives with reduced environmental footprints. 


For two decades he has been a passionate and consistent voice framing issues pertaining to urban ecology on the GCBL.org blog. He has a B.A. from the Ohio State University and an M.A. in Urban Planning from Cleveland State University. He is a regular bike commuter and transit rider.

In collaboration with Cleveland Natural History Museum, Mark Lefkowitz, acting director and creator of the program; Ashley Hall, Adult Programs Coordinator; Melissa Schiel, assistant.
