Description
“Newsies” is Disney’s Broadway hit musical based on the true story of the 1899 newsboys’ strike: a moment that redefined children’s rights and changed the publishing industry forever. This family-friendly show is packed with exciting dance acts, memorable songs, and plenty of laughs! Over one hundred South Portland students from grades 7-12 will be onstage, backstage, and in our pit band.
