Crack The Sky returns to Buffalo for the first time in nearly 40 years See show day FAQs below  Show Day FAQs Where do I park? There are a limited number of spaces in the Imagine parking lot. Otherwise, there is free street parking. Where is Will Call? At the venue entrance. Get in line with everyone else. I printed my ticket but lost/forgot it. Now what? You must buy a drink for everyone in line behind you. Seriously, we can scan your ticket receipt on your phone or look up your ticket details using your ID. Please don’t lose a printed ticket. It could be used by someone else. What are those diamond-shaped things near the walls on the venue map? The diamonds represent bar stools which are part of the general admission seats. What can I bring into the venue? Very little. Small purses under 8” x 5” x 3”. Also, your Crack The Sky LP's, CD’s, cassettes, etc if you would like the band to sign them. Is there a band meet & greet? The band has agreed to stay after the show to sign merchandise. Will the band sell merchandise at the show? Yes. Cash and credit cards accepted. Can I take photos? Your phone may be used to take photos without flash; however, selfie sticks will not be allowed nor will blocking others’ view with continuous use. Do you have wheelchair accessibility? Everything is on ground level except the stage. An accessible restroom is available. Scooters or any other equipment with a footprint larger than 24 x 36 inches will not be allowed. My kid/grand kid loves Crack The Sky. Can I bring him/her? Yes. This is an all-ages show. Is re-entry allowed? No. Exiting the building after your ticket has been scanned tells us you are not returning. Is smoking/vaping allowed? No. Smoke ‘em while you can. Will alcoholic beverages be available to purchase? The bar serves beer and wine. Will food be available to purchase? The bar has a limited selection of snack foods. Does the bar accept credit cards? Yes, plus Apple Pay and others. Is there an ATM in the venue? No. Do I need my photo ID? Yes, you will need proof of ID for Will Call and to purchase beer or wine. When does the concert end? When the band has finished playing sometime after 10:00 PM. Everyone must exit the building by 11:45 PM. |
