Description
This workshop is for the working adult or weekend warrior who has chronic pain, fatigue, and inflammation from stress, a previous injury, and on-the-go lifestyle. The first portion of it is didactic, covering best practices for reducing the pain, fatigue, and stress. The second portion is interactive and hands-on. The instructor will facilitate beginner friendly movement that has been indicated by research to help individuals optimize their health. Participants will leave having learned these movements so they can continue to practice them well after they have complete the workshop and continue to allow their ‘Bodies to Bounce Back!’ Please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in.  Age: 18+

COMPLIMENTARY MASSAGE WITH PURCHASE! We are pleased to offer a complimentary, one-hour massage through our Massage Clinic at the Deer Valley campus located at 2931 W. Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85053 when registering for any Spring 2019 Fitness & Wellness workshop!



All Massage Therapy sessions are performed by Massage Therapy Students. Students will be assigned at random. Appointments are available Mon-Fri, at 8AM, 9:15AM, 10:30AM, 12:15PM, 2:15PM, 3:30PM, and 4:45PM. Information for scheduling your massage will be emailed after registration has been completed.
