Description
The Security Director for the Gardner Museum in Boston discusses the shocking 1990 theft of priceless paintings from the museum. Amore will explain how the theft was accomplished, and what is being done to have them returned, including a $10 million reward.

Anthony M. Amore is an expert in art theft and security and the author of The Art of the Con: The Most Notorious Fakes, Frauds, and Forgeries in the Art World (St. Martin’s Press, 2015), which Kirkus Reviews deemed “an engrossing read about brazen, artful scams.” Amore is also co-author of the critically-acclaimed Stealing Rembrandts: The Untold Stories of Notorious Art Heists (Palgrave, 2011), a Wall Street Journal True Crime Best Seller.
Amore lectures on art theft and security and has appeared on numerous national and international television and radio programs. Amore is a trustee with the Association for Research into Crimes against Art.
