Yoga for Dancers

Come experience yoga to wake up your body and soul! Designed especially for dancers, the flow yoga class will focus on alignment, strengthening the upper body and melting into flexibility that will prepare you for a wonderful day of dance.

Peggy is a former Lineage Dancer, and currently serves on the Lineage Board of Directors. She enjoyed a long and rewarding career as a dancer, dance teacher and choreographer before embarking on the path of yoga. Her graceful yoga practice is infused with a sense of flow, breath and ease. She is especially interested in how yoga can support dancers and help to create balance in all areas of the body. She holds certifications from Yoga Works, Yoga Madre and has furthered her studies through TheraYoga. Peggy teaches at Spiral Path Yoga Center in La Crescenta
