Coming to New York, Harlem Hafla is an exciting day of belly dance workshops and performances---with soul! Headlined by Master Performers and Instructors Donna Mejia (Co.) and Somra El Nubia (Mo.), Harlem Hafla brings daytime dance workshops and an evening stage performance with an accomplished lineup of dancers, Uptown! The daytime lecture and workshops, led by Donna and Somra, take place at Manhattan's Bridge for Dance (2726 Broadway, New York, NY 10025). Later that evening, at the Harlem School of the Arts Theater (645 St. Nicholas Avenue, N.Y., N.Y. 10030), an array of accomplished belly dance performers take the stage, with special performances by our headlining instructors!
