Description
For the purpose of this class, “Mind Fuck” is defined as the creation of a false perception of reality in order to stimulate particular emotions. In other words, this class is about how to effectively deceive a bottom in order to heighten the experience of a scene. This class will cover techniques, methodology, and motivations for psychological manipulation of a bottom. It will include a demo or two using local volunteers, followed by a debrief and Q&A with the bottom(s). This class may be intense at times and may include activities and subject matter that may be “triggering” in nature. Those who are sensitive to extreme material should exercise caution and make appropriate arrangements for emotional support if they choose to attend. With a background in psychology, Cross has focused his study and education on philosophical and psychological aspects of BDSM, but has also taught various skills and techniques in both structured and casual settings. Cross presents workshops in the Denver area and around the US, from the Beyond Leather convention in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to the Northern Exposure regional conference in Anchorage, Alaska. He has also served as the Director of Educational Programming for the Denver Sanctuary, and the Dungeon Master Coordinator for Beyond Leather. Cross’s writing has been featured in a variety of publications and websites, including ModernPoly.com, where he serves as a staff writer. |
