Description
Kink Aware?  Kink Friendly?  Kink Informed?  Making decisions regarding a sympathetic therapist can be time consuming and confusing. Pandora, whose vanilla name is Elizabeth Vigil, is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern just setting up a practice in San Francisco. Her experiences during her training for her degree and in the leather lifestyle have led her to realize that there are a lot of terms that are used that can have many different meanings depending on the person using them.  This class is designed to help people in the alternative sexual communities make educated choices when searching for a therapist. Pandora will be offering a half hour free consultation to those that attend this class!

Class from 8-10pm, doors open at 7:30pm
Cost: $15 at the door, $10 in advance using PurplePass:

About the presenter:
Pandora has been a member of the leather community for over a decade and a member of the Citadel family for about the same amount of time.  She originally identified as a submissive/ bottom but now identifies as a switch.  However she responds to someone depends on her energy and the energy of the other person.  Pandora has just received her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and is hoping to focus her practice on clients that participate in alternative sexualities, believing this is a very misunderstood and underserved community.  She hopes to share her experiences with others to help them make better decisions regarding therapy.
