Description
CSUSB Department of Theatre Arts presents Puppets in the Mara, based on the The Legend of Ngong The Giant, a Maasai Tale, by Neil McLeod and Sue Hooper-Lawrie, adapted by Johanna Smith. Join us for this free, fun, family-friendly puppet show opening Friday, January 12th.
Long, long ago, before recorded history, a fearsome giant named Ngong came to Kenya, threatening to drink all the water and eat all the antelope in the Mara! Puppets in the Mara is the story of how all the humans and creatures of Kenya came together to save Kenya and change the landscape of the Mara for all-time!
