Description
Chris Brandl is one of the most popular chefs at the Jersey Shore and his Belmar restaurant is a sought after destination. He recently re-invented his restaurant concept, converting to an American Steakhouse featuring a state of the art Mibrasa charcoal two draw oven that crisps the outside of the steak, but leaves the inside tender and juicy. The evening’s menu will be paired with exquisite Rhone wines including the legendary Chateau de Beaucastel, the “95” rated Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
