Purplepass is now offering Live Chat Support accessible to promoters when they are inside their Purplepass account. Look for the chat icon (above) in the bottom right-hand corner of your account to pull up a chat window (see example below).
This live chat support is for our promoters to enable them to get the answers they need quickly without the hassle of waiting for an email response or phone calls. At the end of the chat, you have the option to leave us a review or feedback so we can continue to improve our services to fit your needs.
We also can request remote access, meaning, instead of trying to describe your problem to us we can request access to see it ourselves. By accepting this request, our support staff can view your computer screen within the chat software. By doing so, we can correctly guide you through the problem you see on your screen because now we can view it too.
