Dr. Pearl Shangkuan

Description

This year's guest conductor is Dr. Pearl Shangkuan, professor of Music at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michican, and chorus master of the Grammy-nominated Grand Rapids Symphony. Shangkuan's choirs have performed at national, division, and state conferences of the American Choral Directors Association, and her honor choirs have been a headliner for various ACDA state conferences. She has led performances and given workshops all across the United States, and in Asia, Austria, Australia, and Canada.
