Description
You know those songs that draw you in with just a few words? Before you know it, you’re laughing, crying or both. "When I was a girl”… "I met a man”… "There was a time”… From Cole Porter to Adam Guettel, Katherine Riddle presents her crowd pleasing cabaret “Tell Me a Story”, in her Duplex Cabaret Theatre Debut. A Washington DC based crossover artist with credits from theaters, concert halls and opera houses across the country (The Kennedy Center, The Glimmerglass Festival and Shakespeare Theatre to name a few), Katherine is also an American Vocal Traditions quarterfinalist and Lotte Lenya Competition award winner. She is joined by T.C. Kincer, an NYC based music director, pianist, vocal coach, and arranger. T.C. has recently been rehearsal pianist for Royal Caribbean International, music director at The Carousel Music Theatre, Jean's Playhouse and KJK Productions, and is currently a staff pianist at New York University, where he graduated with a MM in Piano Performance with a concentration in collaborative piano.
