Overview

There are few words that will make corporate learners tune you out more quickly than "compliance" or "mandatory." That's a negative connotation we must remove in our compliance culture-most organizations still view compliance training as a check-the-box mentality with no regards for people's time and priorities. Do most people still, when they get assigned e Learning, click to the end without reading the content whatsoever? Believe it or not, it is still happening today. Let's be part of a push to make an impact and do what's best for our organizations. Who's in??
