Description
Overview:

This webinar will help the Human Resources professional, disability manager and manager to understand how to support an employee when they have experienced an injury of illness.

Staying at work is one of the healthiest tools to support recovery from injury or illness if the work is healthy. This webinar will cover all of the legal, business and evidence to support an employee at work.

You will learn how to identify when someone is struggling.
How to have the conversation to offer support and stay at work options.
How to get the right information from the health care providers, employee and support systems in your company to keep the employee at work.
How to manage workload, coworker concerns, accommodation, ADA or Human Rights, and how to ensure that your employee is safe to continue to perform the role.

We will cover the three levels of disability management that every employer should be considering in stay at work and return to work and how to manage your productivity with the employee's capabilities.

Why should you Attend:Once someone is away from work you have 12 weeks before you lose 50% probability of getting an employee back into the workplace. Most individuals do not need to be off work if they have the correct work adjustments.
