Description
The effect of magical herbs lend to a feeling of physical and cerebral high. Class begins with sangha (community). Before moving into postures, some time is spent consuming herbal plant medicines as a group. We share both silence and conversation before moving into a more traditional slow flow vinyasa practice. Class includes flow and restore yoga practices, conscious breathing, healing practices, guided mediation, and magical herbs. Laughter + Creativity + Inner Sight
