Description
We have three tasty new beers available to-go this month: New New - IPA Experimenting with new ingredients or processes is something we love to do. New New is an always evolving beverage. Each time we make it we will play with new yeasts, hops, or brewing techniques to see how many directions we can take the hazy double IPA. For this version we used BRU-1 and Caliente hops on the hot side, and then double dry-hopped with a mix of Belma, Caliente, and Citra hops on the cold side. We also used a new yeast called "American Haze" from a small lab we had not worked with yet. Tangerine forward, with notes of rainbow sherbet, and bubble gum.Equilibrium - Cream ale with lactose & coffee We brewed this beer to be as satisfying as your morning cup of coffee. Oats, dextrine malt, and lactose lend a creamy mouthfeel. Cold steeping Pilcrow Coffee's Storyteller blend without crushing the beans allows for a bright coffee flavor without getting bitter or darkening the base beer. Get up, get down, find your equilibrium. 5.5% - 750ml - $14 Biere de Garde - Bruin (b3) Originally brewed in March of '17 our final BdG blend from that brew is now available. Fermented in red wine barrels with a mix of yeasts, and aged for 16 months before bottling. Smooth malts and bright fruit flavors dominate this beer for keeping. Must be 21+ with photo ID to pick up beers. If you send a proxy please make sure they have your tickets on their phone or on paper. Duplicates tickets will not be honored. Your beers must be picked up before 7pm on 8/11 or your beers will be donated back to 1840 Brewing Company and you will forfeit any payments made. 1840 Brewing Company reserves the right to re-sell any beers not picked up. Bottle prices include tax.
