Bug Tussle, is a progressive bluegrass band, whose acoustic sound was born in the hills between Vestal and Owego NY. Their music is an acoustic brew of bluegrass, rock, roots and Americana. No mistake about it, this is not your granny's grass.

The originality of their songwriting and creativity of their arrangements will take you into an orbit not achieved by many acoustic bands. As the band says, their music is a "weapon of grass destruction!”

Opening for Bug Tussle is, Bronze Alley Boxer, a young four piece hard driving string band from central Pennsylvania with roots in bluegrass, old-time, traditional, Irish, country, folk and rock and roll. They combine original music with covers of traditional and modern songs for a unique interpretation of the traditional string band genre, maintaining that high lonesome mountain sound.
