SUGGESTIONS FOR GETTING TICKETS TO YOUR
CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTS:
- Pre-print your guest tickets and mail
them out.
- Email guest tickets with a note to
come see you at the show. (Tickets can be
scanned from a mobile device). Please note tickets are delivered electronically in ONE Pdf. If you wish to email your guests - purchase only that bundle of tickets - then email. Then repeat for all the different parties you wish to invite.
- Pre-print the guest tickets, deliver
them to the WILL CALL counter in the Show Office in envelopes. Let your customers and
prospects know the tickets are under YOUR company name. It’s important to provide a guest list if you
want to know who picked up your tickets.
The Show Office will also be open during stage-in
and throughout the show days for you to order additional Exhibitor Guest Tickets.
- Exhibitor
Guest Tickets can only be ordered by authorized spokespeople listed on the
Badge Order Form. Photo ID and a business card are required when
ordering on-site.
- Exhibitor Guest Tickets are issued
without a deposit unless specified by Newport Exhibition Group.
- Exhibitor Guest Tickets are invoiced after the Show for only those redeemed at $12 each. Payment is due 30 days upon
receipt of invoice. If payment is not received, the credit card listed on the
Exhibitor Guest Ticket Order Form will be charged.
