Hi Elizabeth,

We will be sending your USB scanners and USB credit card readers in the mail this week.  This will be the event you will test the Print@Home tickets and ticket stock with.  When you are ready to scan the test tickets, make sure you are in the box office with the scanners plugged in.  Once your computer recognizes the scanners you will be ready to go.  Make sure you are on the Scan Tickets tab before scanning a ticket.  You can also use the Test Ticket tab and this will show you the status of a ticket you have in hand but will not admit it in yet.  Give me a call if you have any questions!
